Book Description
Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education: Quick Vocabulary Handbook, a practical vocabulary learning manual for Chinese language learners, is compiled in strict accordance with the “List of Chinese Vocabulary” in Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education.
According to the division of “three stages and nine levels” in the Standards, Quick Vocabulary Handbook is composed of seven volumes, and this volume belongs to Level 3, which contains all the 973 words in Level 3. With 20 words per unit internally, this volume seeks to turn vocabulary learning into parts and improve the efficiency of vocabulary learning, so that learners can complete one unit of vocabulary learning and practice every day. The book organizes the words in alphabetic order and illustrates and shows the words in four dimensions: pronunciation, word class, definition and usage. At the same time, the book focuses on the combination of learning and practice. After one unit, learners can practice intensively through the “Quick Practice” section with various types of questions, each focusing on different aspects and complementing one another.
About the Author
Li Xiaoxian, Doctor of Literature, is now an associate professor at the College of International Cultural Exchange, Central China Normal University. She has taught Chinese courses in Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and other countries and has worked in the front line of Chinese teaching for a long time with rich teaching experience.
